Unexpectedly discovered how to view Sinhala Unicode Web Pages on a mobile phone which doesn’t have native UTF-16 support (eg: Nokia E-series)

1) Goto http://m.opera.com/ , download and install Opera Mini – NOT Opera Mobile
2) Open Opera mini and in the address bar type ‘about:config‘
3) Scroll down to the last option of the page which is ‘Use bitmap fonts for complex scripts’ and enable it.
4) Now its done, to check visit http://www.siyabas.lk/
You will not find this info posted anywhere, I just found it by error!
